Entries must be received by the 14 of July, but online pre-entries will help us plan for everything from meals to parking, so even if you fill out the online entry form, print it (or fill out the downloaded with the attached release) and mail it in! It only takes an email or phone call to tell us you aren't coming to get a FULL refund.
